Order Information
Purchasing a stock layout from Stockcreator as a download file only requires a few simple steps:
1. You may enter into a contractual agreement with us in either German or English.
2. On the start page, please click on "Create Customer Account".
3. A form appears, which you have to complete in full.
4. After sending off the form, you are logged in automatically, and will receive confirmation via email at once.
5. If you should wish to log out right away, please click on "Log Out" in the topmost menu bar.
6. Now you can select one or more stock layouts.
7. If you wish to purchase a stock layout, please click on the button "Buy It Now".
8. In the next window, please click on "Add to Shopping Cart".
9. Now your shopping cart is shown.
10. Then click on "Go to Checkout".
11. There is no need to choose a method of dispatch, as we are selling downloadable products.
12. Next choose a mode of payment. Depending on the method of payment the download button already active, then go directly to point 20.
13. In the shopping cart, you still have the opportunity to check the data you entered, and, if necessary, correct it.
14. As the final step, click on "Submit Order".
15. You will now be transferred to an external payment handling service, where you will be asked to complete a form with your bank account data. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to our shop.
16. We will send you an email confirming your purchase right away.
17. After we have received your payment, you will receive another email from us. With this email, your customer status will be altered to "Download enabled".
18. As soon as you have received the aforementioned email, you can again log into our shop. After logging in, please click on "My Account".
19. In "My Account", please click on your pending orders. You can view details of all your pending orders there. The download button is to be found at the bottom.
20. Now, all you have to do is to click the download button, and the ZIP-file will be downloaded to your computer. ATTENTION: You can download the ZIP-file only once, within 7 days. After that one download, and after seven days, whichever comes first, the download is disabled again.
