Licensing Terms and Conditions
Can I change the graphic design of templates that I purchased from you, and then sell these layouts to my clients?
Yes.
Can I sell the photos used in your templates individually?
Our templates do not contain print-sized photos. For further information, please refer to "INFO regarding the photos used" in our shop.
Can I use multiple templates, for example, several customers using the products sell templates, although I only once the templates have purchased?
Yes, they may use the templates again and again. You may use the templates but not individually (unprocessed) sale.
May I embed the collages, illustrations and 3D elements that Stockcreator sells separately in my own layouts?
Yes. You may also use them in any Stockcreator layouts.
For how long can I use your layouts?
99 years :-)
I don’t understand some points in your licensing terms and conditions?

If I purchase a layout from Stockcreator, do I enter into a contractual relationship with Stockcreator only, or are there any third parties involved?
No. The licensing contract is between you and Stockcreator only.
May I publish your preview images or the layouts that I purchased online?
No.
My client wants the original layout file from me, may I hand it over to my client?
No, you must not pass on our original layout files to any third parties. The license to use our layouts is an individual, personalized license in your name. Making our layouts available to third parties would be a violation of our licensing contract.
Layouts and graphics
Are those templates that you offer ready for printing?
No, because you can still modify them. It is you who creates a printable PDF file from these layouts.
Can you offer me any warranties that your templates will print the way I want them to?
No. We only create layouts. Not ready-for-printing PDF files.
Will you be updating your portfolio of layouts in future?
Yes. We try to keep up with the times. Our job is to consistently offer a wide range of contemporary, state-of-the-art layouts.
Can I also purchase photos from you?
No, we only offer layouts.
Can you put me in touch with qualified desktop publishing professionals, who will create high-quality finalized print materials from your layouts?
Yes.
