General
I have trouble registering. I cannot submit my personal details.
You have to permit your browser to activate the cookies for this site.
Do I have to accept the cookies?
Yes, because otherwise, our web shop cannot manage your shopping cart.
Do I have to submit my full name and residential or business address if I want to purchase from Stockcreator?
Yes. We cannot process your order otherwise.
Do I have to register with Stockcreator before I can purchase anything?
Yes.
Layouts
You are offering the layout that I want only in versions suitable for 1 or 2 versions of specific software programs. However, I need a version suitable for a different version of these programs. Can you help?
Our layout descriptions always state for which versions of which software packages the file is intended. If a particular version of a particular program is not listed there, that means that we do not (yet) offer a suitable layout file for it. However, we are always glad to help, so do feel free to ask whether or not we are able to speedily convert the layout file to the program version that you require.
You only offer Mac versions of some layouts. How do I get a Wintel version of these layouts?
If a layout is only offered as a Mac version, that means that we only have a Mac version of it at this point in time. However, most templates have Wintel versions. This point is always addressed in the layout description.
When are new layouts going to appear?
Unfortunately, we cannot tell you in advance when we will be offering new templates, and how many. In future, we will publish such information under the NEWS rider.
When is the Wintel version of this or that layout going to appear?
Unfortunately, we cannot tell you in advance when we will be offering new Wintel templates. We will also publish that information under the NEWS rider.
When can I download the layouts?
You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of your purchase. By logging into your customer account, you can then download the layout.
Where and how can I download a layout?
After your purchase, our shop system will send you an email. That email contains the download link. Using that link, you can then download the layout from our server right away.
Do I get a discount if I purchase several layouts?
No. However, we have 3 promotional offers a year. Thus, be sure to visit our shop regularly.
May I download a sample of the layouts, and show these to my client, so my clients can pick the ones they want?
Yes. You may download preview images of the layouts and show these to your clients, to enable your client to pick the one(s) he or she wants.
Does the name Stockcreator appear on these preview images?
No.
May I offer the layouts, or any other of your templates, for sale on my website?
No.
Can I print out sample templates in original size?
No. We only offer preview images, and these are a little smaller and have a lower resolution.
