Do you offer any customer support?
Yes, via email. In urgent cases, you may also call us directly.
When do I receive a reply to my query?
The email and telephone queries we receive are dealt with in the order they came in. We strive to answer your queries as quickly as possible. However, just how quickly that is depends upon how many other queries we have to deal with beforehand.
I have spotted what I believe to be a small error in one of your layouts? What should I do? Should I attempt to fix it myself?
Mistakes do happen. Please get in touch with us via email. We will fix the error and send you a new layout asap. However, please be sure to notify us via email of any errors that you spot in our layouts!
Invoice
How do I get an invoice?
We will send you the invoice via email.
When will you debit my account?
Immediately after your purchase.
How can I pay?
Information concerning accepted means of payment are to be found in our shop, under "means of payment"
Can you mail me an invoice?
No. We only send out invoices via email.
Do you accept any other means of payment?
Our web shop lists all the means of payment that we currently accept.
